You may not use our product for illegal or unauthorised purposes. You must abide by the laws of your jurisdiction, including, but not limited to copyright laws.
You agree not to copy, duplicate, reproduce or resell any item purchased from us, without written permission from us.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We do not warrant that the quality of any services, information or product purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
DO NOT leave any of our products next to any heat sources, including leaving close to or packing inside hot electricals which could melt materials used to construct the product. If this is found to be the case refunds will not be processed.
DO NOT pack or leave any of our products next to spikey or sharp objects. Including packing such objects inside the bag as materials used to construct the bag could be irreparably damaged. If this is found to be the case refunds will not be processed.
All products and components sold by KEMcases.com have a life span dependant on the length and type of use. Therefore KEMcases.com cannot be held responsible for any misuse, damage or deterioration to any of its products as a result of use over time.

Order and delivery

All orders placed will be subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
We aim to process and ship within 5 working days .
Items for delivery in the UK are shipped and tracked with Royal Mail, free of charge.
International deliveries are at the buyers expense. Please email contact@KEMcases.com for an international delivery quote .
International deliveries, including to the EU may be subject to import taxes and duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient and should be expected.
It is your responsibility to enter correct payment and delivery information. We are not responsible for any charges or delays incurred as a result of spelling mistakes or incorrect address details provided by you.
Please note delivery may take longer than expected during unprecedented events, extreme weather, store holidays, staff illness and other busy periods. Please be patient with us.

Claims cannot be accepted unless we are notified within 14 days of you receiving your order. This will be based on postal tracking information.
You are asked to examine products purchased as soon as they arrive. Please email us detailing the alleged fault and your intent to return. Please include photos where possible.
Returns must be received by us within 28 days from the date your order was delivered to you or refunds cannot be processed.
We will examine returned products and confirm if you are entitled to a refund.
In most cases where the return of goods are due to a defect or discrepancy in
the order, the customer is entitled to a full refund or a replacement product will be sent out.
We do not accept responsibility for returned items until they are formally received at our premises. You will be notified once your return is received by us.
We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by postal services.
We do not refund postage or any associated costs on goods being returned.
If you are returning goods for reasons other than fault, goods must be judged by us to be in an unused and resale-able condition. With all original packaging intact.
