Nanna stands 106cm high. Her frame width is 33cm (45cm including her wheels). The bag itself is approximately 71cm high when filled, providing ample vertical storage for all your professional kit.
The Pro Nanna was designed with professionals in mind. She can safely carry a weight limit of up to 35kg (approx. 77lbs), making her ideal for hauling extensive makeup kit and professional equipment to all those off road locations.
The Pro Nanna is constructed from heavy-duty canvas and transparent PVC, making her shower-proof not waterproof. She can withstand a little light rain or a splash here and there, but don't leave her out in a heavy downpour!
The Pro Nanna comes with 8-inch puncture proof wheels. Strong rubber tyres filled with a hard foam, so you won't get a puncture when you need it least. her wheels have been specifically chosen for all terrain locations.

Maintenance is simple: just wipe Nanna's PVC and canvas surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasives. These may damage the bag or cloud the transparent PVC.
No. The Pro Nanna is made from PVC and canvas, she is not heat-resistant. Please ensure your curling tongs, straighteners, or rollers have completely cooled down before packing them away. And don't leave her next to a heat source, we don't want her melting, causing irriparable damage to her bag!
Nanna is not indestructible. Sharp or spiky objects, such as metal tail combs or clippers can cause irreversible damage. While her materials are durable, we dont want to poke a hole in her!
We offer a 28 day refund guarantee for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. You must notify us within 14 days that you wish to return your KEM case trolley.

Your KEM case trolley is unpacked, checked over and repacked before shipping.
We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by the postal system.

Yes, we provide a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship from the date of delivery. The date of delivery will be based on tracking information.
Please contact us with clear photos or videos of your issue. In most cases a replacement part will be sent out.
This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or damage caused by improper use (like heat damage).
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it must be treated as a return, and shipping fees will not be refundable.
